SILVER PRIVILEGE MEMBER

A customer, who places a minimum down payment of S$2,500 for a single Sales Order at ASK TEAK, becomes eligible for Silver Privilege Membership.

GOLD PRIVILEGE MEMBER

A customer, who places a minimum down payment of S$8,000 for a single Sales Order at ASK TEAK, becomes eligible for Gold Privilege Membership.

GOLD PRIVILEGE BENEFITS

  • 15% discount on regular-priced items.*
  • $30 discount on Saturday deliveries (usual: S$150)^

* Regular-priced items exclude items from the ASK TEAK range which are already under offer or seasonal discount. Membership discounts may not be combined with any ongoing in-store discounts.

^ Delivery discounts are only applicable to the 2nd delivery onwards. Usual rates apply for the first purchase.

 

MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The ASK TEAK Privilege membership is issued by and remains the property of Aero Leaf Pte Ltd, thereafter known as ALPS. ALPS reserves the right to accept or decline a membership application, to alter and amend any conditions of the ASK TEAK Silver and Gold Privilege Membership program, and to withdraw or cancel any membership without any prior notice.
  2. The ASK TEAK Privilege Membership is non-transferable.
  3. A Member is responsible for informing ASK TEAK/ALPS in writing, when there is a change of personal particulars.
  4. All ASK TEAK Members must be residents in Singapore and be at least 21 years old and/or above on the date of application.
  5. To receive or redeem membership gifts/promotions, a Silver/Gold Privilege Member must be present. As membership identification is based on one's NRIC/FIN number and/or mobile number. NRIC/FIN and/or mobile number must be produced as proof of Membership for any redemption or Membership discounts. Failure to do so will disqualify a customer from enjoying Member privileges. Please be advised that expired memberships are not eligible for any redemption of Membership benefits. The NRIC/FIN and/or mobile number serves as a membership number, and will be used for identification and/or verification purposes. ASK TEAK/ALPS reserves the right to deny a Customer any membership privileges if the NRIC/FIN and/or mobile number is not provided for verification.
  6. In agreeing to enter into a transaction with the Seller, the Customer agrees to be automatically included into the ASK TEAK membership/loyalty program once a minimum purchase requirement (as determined by the Seller) has been met. A Customer may opt out of the ASK TEAK membership/loyalty program by communicating his or her intention in writing to ASK TEAK/ALPS. A Customer may also choose to unsubscribe to marketing messages via unsubscribe links provided in ASK TEAK's electronic communications.
  7. All memberships have a validity of 2 calendar years; ALPS reserves the right to terminate a customer's membership before expiry, without any prior notification.
